Opportunity International provides microcredit, savings and insurance financial services in 22 countries in four continents (Africa, Asia, Latin America and Europe) and has support members in Australia, Canada, Germany, Hong Kong, Singapore, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States of America, where the network is seated.
On the end of 2013:
- OI had gross loan portfolio of USD 605M
- OI had 17,500 employees
- OI had 4.3 million clients around the globe
- 91% of OI loans were made to women
